Born at a literal crossroads, Fairview Heights Executive Park has watched is surrounding community grow from merely a stopping point between towns and cities to a booming metro area.  Industry has thrived and BBTW’s office development has grown with it.  

Starting in 1984, the park was no more than a scattering of buildings carved cut of an agricultural field.  Today, it is a commercial village where hundreds of people come to propel their area’s economy forward every day.
