Fred guides the financial systems and processes to accommodate our continued profitable growth. Fred also keeps our finances controlled and visible to be instrumental to our continued success. Fred has both a day-to-day and ongoing impact on company operations, helping the company to analyze, strategize, and grow our financial position. Fred not only understands current accounting practices and trends, but also assist in raising capital, performing in-depth financial analysis for real estate acquisitions and developments, and inspiring confidence in lending and investor relationships. As a member of BBTW’s senior management team, Fred is comfortable in a leadership role that demands clear communication and presentation skills.

- Certified Public Accountant since 2012
- Fred began his career in public accounting at Ernst and Young in Kansas City, MO, working there for over four years
- Upon moving back to the St. Louis area in 2016, Fred switched accounting firms to RubinBrown in Clayton where he spent his time advising and consulting with similar type of real estate developers and management company clients
- Since joining Balke Brown Transwestern in September 2019, Fred has been involved in the day-to-day management of the accounting function while also striving to drive overall company performance and growth.
Education
Fred earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Rockhurst University in 2012, is a CPA and has been an AICPA and MSCPA member since 2012.
