Shelly is our Client Relations Coordinator/Property Administrator specializing in tenant and vendor relations, day to day administration of Class A office buildings in St. Louis and Illinois. She manages the setup of all managed properties in our web-based tracking system and ensures successful training of tenant users, and review/dispatching of work orders to our service technicians. She also monitors all service email addresses and dispatches accordingly. Shelly has strong relationships with property investors, clients, tenants, vendors and contractors. She has over 23 years of professional experience in tenant services.
