Pine View Point was developed in the Creve Coeur submarket and is designed to meet the requirements of today’s more demanding office users.  Significant design distinctions include efficient, 33,000 square foot floorplates and increased electrical capacity.

Offices occupy the upper two floors of this three-story building leaving the ground level devoted to 85 covered parking spaces.  The crisp, clean exterior is constructed of tilt-up architectural concrete with maximum-sized punch windows containing blue-tinted glass in anodized frames.  The building’s two entrances are delineated with large areas of glass that provides the building with a dramatic, light-filled reception area.
