Highlands Plaza Two

Highlands Plaza Two is a four-story, 70,000 square foot building located just east of the Highlands Plaza One building on Oakland Avenue and south of Forest Park with great visibility from I-64.  The Korte Company, occupies most of the second floor as its new corporate headquarters.  Renaissance Financial Corporation will occupy the third and fourth floors as its new headquarters location and are 50% owners of the building.  Retail space is available on the first floor totaling 15,000 square feet with 6 units available for lease.

Situated on the former site of the Forest Park Highlands Amusement Park and the St. Louis Arena/Checkerdome, the Highlands at Forest Park, a 26-acre mixed-use campus, is one of the largest commercial/residential developments to be constructed in the City of St. Louis.

Balke Brown Transwestern worked with the architects and used The Highlands Comet roller coaster as inspiration for the design of Highlands Plaza One and Two buildings.  The development also includes a 126-room Hampton Inn & Suites, The Highlander restaurant, the Lofts at the Highlands and the Highlands Plaza Three medical office building.
