Highlands Plaza Two is a four-story, 70,000 square foot building located just east of the Highlands Plaza One building on Oakland Avenue and south of Forest Park with great visibility from I-64. The Korte Company, occupies most of the second floor as its new corporate headquarters. Balke Brown Transwestern worked with the architects and used The Highlands Comet roller coaster as inspiration for the design of Highlands Plaza One and Two buildings.
