Description

The FBI Building is BBTW’s third office development for the General Services Administration.  It is a 3-building complex that consists of a 2-story headquarters building, a covered parking area and an auto maintenance facility.

At the intersections of 22nd and Market Streets in downtown St. Louis, the new government building meets all federal security regulations.  The property is secured by a 100 foot perimeter barrier and is accessible only through a single auto and truck entrance.

Exterior materials are tilt-up concrete with an all-glass curtain wall that faces east to the St. Louis skyline.  Exposed, colored cross-bracing highlights step back bays at the corner and at the main public entrance.

In the Summer of 2009, BBTW completed the expansion of the FBI headquarters in the City of St. Louis.  This was a 13,700 square foot expansion of their complex building at a cost of $3.1MM.
