Drury Corporate Center

Drury Development Corp. acquired 13075 Manchester Road located in Des Peres, MO in 2018. Serving as the headquarters for Drury Hotels as well as Drury Development Corporation, they began a complete renovation of the vacant building with modern finishes and a full-service building café.  The three-story, 172,500 square foot office building is 100% leased and is managed by Balke Brown Transwestern.
