1101 Eastport

Balke Brown Transwestern was selected to help Sanford Brown College relocate their campus from Granite City, IL, to Collinsville, IL. This $3.6 million project was the first major development in the Eastport Plaza area. Before Sanford Brown closed, this building served 700 students.

After the closing of Sanford Brown college, the building took new ownership and was transformed into a 29,726 rsf single-story multi-tenant educational, call center and office facility on 5.63 acres.  The building is currently 100% leased and has been professionally managed by Balke Brown Transwestern since 2004.
