Chris is a Senior Property Manager specializing in asset management of all types of commercial property including office, industrial and retail properties in the St. Louis and surrounding markets. Chris has over 20 years of experience in property management including direct and third-party assignments. Chris was previously a Senior Property Manager for Cozad Property Management and Portfolio Manager for Sansone Group, overseeing 5 property managers and 25 maintenance technicians.

Professional and Community Achievements:

  • Chris was named Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM's) CPM of the Year in 2009 and has served on the IREM local Board for the past 5 years. Chris will serve as Board President in 2011. Chris achieved her CPM designation in 2007 and has a Real Estate Broker's License in MO and IL.
