Steve Stradal has specialized in tenant advisory services for the past 12 years supporting local and national clients with strategic real estate plans for office and industrial assignments.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
With nearly 17 years of commercial real estate experience, Steve has been the local point of contact in the St. Louis market for national commercial real estate firms requiring superior customer service for national accounts. In addition to these national relationships, Steve has worked with a number of local high profile companies assisting with assigned real estate needs including sales as well as leasing.

National clients have included, Walgreens, Dial, SAIC, Benham Engineering, Six Flags, Corinthian College, TiMet  Corporation and Shell Oil among others. Local clients include Boys and Girls Town, Enterprise Rent A Car, EverBank, KTVI Fox News, Industrial Soap, United States Postal Service, National City Bank and ABM Janitorial Services among others.

Since joining Balke Brown Transwestern two years ago, Steve has worked on a number of notable assignments, including:

  • St. Louis Commerce Center, a two building portfolio containing over 500,000 square of industrial space in St. Louis City;
  • Representing a local family with the assignment of selling multiple industrial and land properties to settle an estate
  • Assisting a local nonprofit analyze current real estate holdings as well as planning of consolidation of offices into a single location.
  • Long term renewal of 176,000 sqft warehouse / distribution center
  • Competitive market analysis for 800,000 sqft national warehouse distribution requirement resulting in long term renewal at significant rent reduction.

EDUCATION
Steve has a BA, Mass Media, University of Tulsa, 1979. Has been a volunteer with Boys and Girls Club of Alton, Illinois, Member of John Burroughs Alumni Association and licensed real estate agent in Missouri since 1988.
