Matt Hrubes is Vice President of Commercial Brokerage. Matt has been an active broker in the St. Louis Market since 1999 and has over 13 years of extensive transaction experience representing office and industrial tenants and owners. Prior to Balke Brown Transwestern, he was with Duke Realty Corporation responsible for leasing an office and industrial portfolio of over 2 million square feet. He is a licensed real estate agent in Missouri and Illinois, and is the Head Coach of varsity hockey club at Chaminade College Prep.
