Kevin McLaughlin

Kevin is Vice President of Commercial Brokerage specializing in sales and leasing of office and industrial properties in the St. Louis market. Kevin has been a licensed Commercial Realtor since 2002. Since then, he has specialized in a full range of commercial real estate services. He has extensive transaction experience as both a landlord and buyer/tenant representative and has successfully represented clients on both a national and local level.

SIGNIFICANT EXPERIENCE:

  • Has completed over 150 transactions for a total deal transaction value of approximately $75 MM
  • Represented Carlson Wagonlit Travel Services in multiple office tenant representation transactions for over 90,000 sf of office space in St. Louis County - $8 MM transaction
  • Currently handling project leasing assignment for 10 Class A & B office properties totaling more than 700,000 sf
  • Sold several industrial owner/user properties - totaling 500,000 sf and $12 MM in transacations
