Matt Ruck

Matt Ruck 
Matt joined Balke Brown Associates in February 2011 as a Broker with the primary responsibility of business development within the local office and industrial markets.  Matt has teamed with Kevin McLaughlin and Matt Hrubes, further expanding Balke Brown's presence in the field of tenant representation and project leasing. 

Following an internship with Duke Realty, Matt graduated from SMU in May 2010 and joined Emerald Properties, specializing in leasing and marketing for the Town & Country Crossing Shopping Center.
