Balke Brown Associates
Union Station Office Center

Union Station Office Center is part of the $135 million St. Louis Union Station redevelopment project. Balke Brown Associates ensured that the center's buildings subtly incorporated the area's historically significant roots while updating it into a contemporary urban setting.

The heart of the office center is Power House Place, a 1-acre plaza with a circular fountain, raised planter boxes and colorful landscaping that impressively welcomes all tenants and their guests. The development contains five buildings - The Power House, Grand Central, Union Station 10 Cine, the Post Office Annex, and the Veterans Affairs Building. They have combined to win several awards, including the BOMA International Office Building of the Year Award, two Better Downtown St. Louis Awards, two BOMA St. Louis Office Building of the Year Awards, and two St. Louis Cityscape Awards.
