Educational facilities should inspire. So when BBA served as the developer on the new Sanford Brown College in Collinsville, IL, they were excited to create something that would make visitors pause and think.

The modern building took standard construction methods and pushed them to their creative limits, producing a facility that is both interesting and dynamic. The tilt-up exterior features unique angles, innovative sight lines and modern glasswork to remind students of a future that they're working toward.

This $3.6 million project was the first major development in the Eastport Plaza area and now serves 700 students, with room to expand. The college is located on six acres of land with outstanding visibility and access from I-550/70 and I-255.
