A joint venture of Balke Brown Associates and the Alvin D. Vitt Company successfully developed the Internal Revenue Service Building. It is located in west St. Louis County and accommodates 250 employees.

The IRS building contains 50,000 square feet on two levels. It is constructed of steel framing, has a brick masonry veneer, punch-out windows and precast trim. It was the second General Services Administration project completed by Balke Brown Associates.
