Highlands Plaza Three
Highlands Plaza Three is a new state-of-the-art medical office building in a very patient-friendly environment, including a convenient porte-cochere drop off and free parking. It was at 100% occupancy two months prior to the completion of construction. In the first quarter of 2007, Mid-America Transplant Services (MTS) pre-leased the first two floors of Highlands Plaza Three where they relocated their corporate headquarters. BJH occupies the remaining 41,962 square feet of this four-story building as space for physician offices relocating from or near the existing BJH main campus.
