Jim is the organizational force behind BBA. He is responsible for managing the company's people and properties, working to advance them both. He creates partnerships with new and existing tenants that achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. He also maintains open lines of communication with BBA's investors, helping them to feel confident in the progress of their assets.
Some of Jim's career highlights include:
- Over 25 years of progressive experience in the management, brokerage, business developoment, marketing and leasing of commercial office, industrial, retail, medical, hospitality, and multi-family residential real estate.
- Successfully managed the growth of BBA's managed portfolio from 20 assets totalling 1.4 million square feet in 2001 to over 40 assets totalling 4.2 million square feet in 2007.
- Built the nation's largest medical real estate management from 1995-2001.
- Joined BBA in 2001 and became an owner in January, 2004.
- Serves on the executive committee of the board for the Building Owners and Managemers Association (BOMA) and is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
